Industry Cogs is a high-impact, hands-on workforce transition program designed for young adults aged 18–24 who are ready to launch a career in the Gladstone industrial sector. Delivered by DEPLOY Workforce Solutions and fully funded through our local industry partnerships, this program provides targeted entry-level training, nationally recognised industry tickets, and site safety foundations to equip participants for success in real-world roles.
Participants will gain experience on practical, community-based projects while building confidence, teamwork, and job readiness. With a strong focus on safety, employability, and a positive work mindset, Industry Cogs is more than a training course—it’s your gateway into Gladstone’s thriving industry workforce.

Eligibility
- Be aged 18–24
- Be currently unemployed and not studying
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Be able to pass drug screening and meet basic medical requirements
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to work
- Be committed to pursuing a career in Gladstone’s industry sector
