This year, COGSY has made a significant impact in supporting local youth and fostering education, training, and employment opportunities within the Gladstone community.
● Students: Over 1,000 youth participated in our programs through the Careers Expo and Industry Cogs courses.
● Courses: Six Industry Cogs Programs offered tailored learning and development opportunities.
● Employment: 22 young people successfully transitioned into employment.
● Schools: Partnerships with 13 schools engaged and inspired students to explore future pathways.
● Businesses: More than 140 businesses joined the Careers Expo or contributed through partnerships and sponsorships.
● Partners: 11 valued partners worked with us to deliver impactful initiatives.
